The next film on my Christmas countdown is slightly more unconventional one (maybe not...), despite that I have always loved it, and it has earned a special place in my heart.

Gremlins (produced by Steven Spielberg) is a story about a boy who breaks the three main rules of looking after his new pet. 1. No bright lights, 2. Don't get them wet, and 3. Don't feed them after midnight. Due to his mistakes, his new pet multiplies and the new creatures cause havoc on the small towns Christmas.

Starring Zach Galligan and Phoebe Cates, Gremlins is a fun, exciting and festive horror/comedy, which is one of my all time favourite cult classics.
