A brand new red band trailer for Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter has been released.It's fair to say the red band trailer features much more gore than the first official trailer, released earlier in the year, giving a closer look at what can be expected from the project.
The
movie is based on Seth Grahame-Smith's novel, which takes place in an
alternate reality in which President Lincoln fought vampires during the
Civil War. It sound pretty crazy, but judging by the book being a hit I can only assume the same will happen with the film.
Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter is directed by Timur Bekmambetov, and stars Dominic Cooper, Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Anthony Mackie, Henry Sturgess, and Alan Tudyk. The lucky person who has been honoured with taking the titular role is Benjamin Walker.
The film will be released on June 22 in the US and August 2 in the UK.
