The trailer for, Spanish filmmaker, Juan Antonio Bayona's The Impossible has arrived.
This is Bayona's (The Orphanage) first English language film project, but the trailer that has been released still uses his trademark Spanish dub.
The film is an account of a family caught, with tens of thousands of strangers, in
the mayhem of one of the worst natural catastrophes of our time; the 2004 Tsunami which affected and destroyed Indonesia, Sri Lanka, India and Thailand.
Starring Naomi Watts and Ewan McGregor as the parents in the suffering family, the film looks like it is going to be a harrowing and emotional piece of cinema.
The Impossible is set for release on 4 January 2013 in the UK.
