A gory trailer for new horror remake, Maniac, has been released.
The film stars Elijah Wood as Frank, a mannequin store owner who stalks women through the internet before killing them off in a gruesome manner. The trailer shows Wood's serial killer character chasing, attacking and killing women in between attending to his mannequins.
The
movie is being directed by Franck Khalfoun, and is a remake of the '80s
slasher film. The film will also star America Olivo, Nora Arnezeder, Liane Balaban, Morgane Slemp, Sammi Rotibi, and Genevieve Alexandra.
A release date for Maniac is yet to be confirmed.
