The trailer for Sam Raimi's The Possession has arrived.
When a young girl buys an antique box at a yard sale, unaware that inside the
collectible lives a malicious ancient spirit. The girl's father teams
with his ex-wife to find a way to end the curse upon their child.
Starring: Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Kyra Sedgwick, Grant Show, Madison Davenport and Natasha Calis. Recently possession/exorcism films have become dull and uninspired, but with Sam Raimi (Evil Dead series, Drag Me To Hell) serving as producer, I have high hopes.
The Possession is set for release on 31 August 2012.
