The remake of the 80's horror cult-classic Evil Dead has debuted a new red band trailer.
The trailer gives us an insight into some of the gory situations the characters will have to take on when evil is unleashed in the woods around their holiday cabin. It centres around a group of five 20-something friends who are picked off one by one after reading from the Book of the Dead; a book of forbidden magic.
Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez, Jessica Lucas, Lou Taylor Pucci and Elizabeth Blackmore star in the horror movie; with the film being produced by Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell, the director and star of the original film, respectively.
Evil Dead will open at cinemas on April 12, 2013.
